Baggiani is a historian and political scientist, specialising, as well as in the Post-Soviet area, in the affairs of the English and German-speaking worlds, with university qualifications also in International and Comparative Constitutional Law. Throughout his life he has also devoted himself, for passion and professional reasons, to the study of modern languages. He has spent long periods abroad also obtaining qualifications in several foreign languages.
Gregorio Baggiani’s professional and linguistic interests make him particularly attentive to all sociological, political and economic nuances of Post-Soviet countries.
